Harley-Davidson recalls more than 66,000 motorcycles

Milwaukee, Wisconsin-based Harley Davidson Motor Co. recently issued a recall of 66,421 of their motorcycles.

The recalled bikes include Touring and CVO Touring models manufactured between July 1, 2013 and May 7, 2014. The recall was issued due to technical issues concerning these models, such as instillation problems with the front brake lines.

Some customers reported incidents of having difficulties with the front brake, which is how Harley-Davidson got wind of the problem and subsequently issued a recall. Additionally, there have been several reported accidents that are believed to be tied to this issue.

Being the victim of a motorcycle crash is an unfortunate incident, whether it is because of the negligent actions of other people on the road or because of motorcycle defects that the manufacturer failed to address. Regardless of the cause of your accident, if you have suffered in a motorcycle accident because of someone else’s wrongdoing, help is available.
