HGTV personality, Bill Beckwith, dies in motorcycle accident

Bill Beckwith, 38, died in San Francisco on Monday, December 2 after sustaining serious injuries from a motorcycle accident. Beckwith is best known for co-hosting HGTV’s popular show Curb Appeal. 

The motorcycle accident occurred in the Lower Haight neighborhood near the intersection of Steiner and Oak streets. Police and emergency teams responded to the scene shortly after receiving a call around 8:30 p.m.

Beckwith’s injuries were caused when his motorcycle was struck by another vehicle. He was transported to a nearby hospital and later died from his wounds.

Beckwith’s fans have responded to his death by creating numerous memorial pages online.
