Kansas man dies in single-vehicle motorcycle accident

A 39-year-old Kansas man died on Saturday, January 15, in a motorcycle accident on US Route 40.

The motorcyclist, Eric F. Robben, was riding along the highway when he suddenly crossed the center line and drove into a ditch on the opposite side of the highway, police say. It is not clear what caused him to crash.

Robben was thrown from the bike as it left the road and rolled over. He was pronounced dead at Logan County Hospital.
