Man Found Guilty of Killing Milwaukee Woman

A 33-year-old former Campbellsport resident was found guilty Thursday of two counts of homicide. The jury returned verdicts on charges of homicide by intoxicated use of a vehicle and homicide by use of a vehicle with prohibited alcohol concentration. The judge will sentence him on April 28. Both charges carry a maximum penalty of 15 years in prison with 10 years of extended supervision.

His blood alcohol was nearly double the legal limit when the accident occurred, ejecting his 31-year-old passenger, authorities said. She was pronounced dead at the scene.
