What is social host liability?

Drunk drivers are a threat to every motorist on the road, including motorcyclists. If you have been involved in an accident caused by an intoxicated motorist, you may be able to take legal action against the intoxicated motorist as well as the social host that served him or her alcohol. In the state of Wisconsin, injured motorists can hold a social host liable for injuries if he or she served alcohol to a minor who later caused damage in an accident.

For more information about whether or not social host liability applies to your case, contact the Wisconsin motorcycle accident lawyers of Habush Habush & Rottier S.C. at 800-242-2874.
