Gang activity in northeast Wisconsin on the rise

According to an analysis by Attorney General J.B. Van Hollen released Nov. 10 , motorcycle and street gangs are on the rise and becoming a significant problem in northeast Wisconsin.
Hollen said that all law enforcement agencies in larger cities in northeast Wisconsin were surveyed and all have seen an increase in gang activity in the past five years.
More than 35 community-based organizations were surveyed to gather information.
