Man injured in Wisconsin motorcycle accident released from hospital

A Muskegon, Michigan man was released from a Grand Rapids hospital last week after spending nearly three months recuperating there following a serious motorcycle-car accident in Fond du Lac. The 52 year-old man, who lost a leg, was the last of eight injured motorcyclists to leave the hospital.

According to WZZM 13, a dozen of Muskegon Motorcycle Gang members were riding through Wisconsin in May when a 25 year-old Wisconsin man turned into their lane and hit them. Two men died. Several others were critically injured.

The driver faces two charges of vehicular homicide while under a controlled substance. Authorities say he tested positive for drugs at the time of the accident.
